Practitioner Certification

We train HR professionals, DEI officers, organizational development consultants, and emerging leaders (60%+ Black and BIPOC women) in our 6-month intensive Liberation Leadership Certification program.

Our Focus: The Broken Rung

We target the manager-to-director transition because that's where toxic culture exacts its highest toll. This is where caregiving conflicts peak, flexibility disappears, bias compounds, and pay gaps widen permanently. By transforming this critical transition, we force examination of all cultural practices—creating ripple effects throughout entire organizations.
